OVNF Box Mod Distributor Program Checklist for Australia Trade Buyers

Flavor planning for the Australia market

Flavor preference varies sharply by region, and our shipping data reflects it: fruit and ice lines dominate in warmer markets, while tobacco and dessert profiles hold steady in cooler ones. New customers are welcome to ask for a flavor recommendation mix matched to Australia rather than guessing.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Australia launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

How a first order usually runs

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Australia trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Practical checklist

• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base

Sample policy and product evaluation

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Australia warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.
