OVNF Box Mod Distributor Program Handbook for Switzerland Trade Buyers

Working with the VapeWholesaleHub trade desk

The fastest way to a landed quotation is a message with your target quantity, destination and flavor preferences. Send it on WhatsApp or WeChat to +86 13711127975 and a trade specialist replies with unit pricing, freight options and current stock positions.

Packaging is engineered for the journey to Switzerland: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Switzerland warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Reference specifications (typical configurations)

Flavor planning for the Switzerland market

Flavor consistency is a production choice, not luck. E-liquid is batched in controlled volumes, steeped on schedule and bench-checked against the reference profile before filling. That is why the last unit in a ovnf box mod carton matches the first.

Flavor preference varies sharply by region, and our shipping data reflects it: fruit and ice lines dominate in warmer markets, while tobacco and dessert profiles hold steady in cooler ones. New customers are welcome to ask for a flavor recommendation mix matched to Switzerland rather than guessing.

Storage and shelf life at your Switzerland warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the ovnf box mod range.

OVNF Box Mod stores well, but simple discipline protects shelf life. Keep cartons in a cool, dry warehouse away from direct sunlight, avoid stacking pallets above the marked limit, and rotate stock first-in-first-out so no unit sits past its best window.

Documents that travel with every shipment

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Switzerland trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.
