OVNF Box Mod OEM Service Notes for Mexico Trade Buyers

Common mistakes Mexico first-time buyers make

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including RoHS — before goods leave.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Mexico warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Guangzhou Nansha, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Storage and shelf life at your Mexico warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Every quotation for Mexico separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Mexico launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

Compliance paperwork for Mexico imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Buyers across Mexico usually start a ovnf box mod conversation with two questions: what is in stock today, and when it can be on a truck. Ready-stock lines move within days, while production batches follow the 3 to 5 working days window the desk confirms with the quotation.
