OVNF Box Mod Payment Terms FAQ for Algeria Retailers and Distributors
Quality control before anything leaves the factory
Quality control for ovnf box mod starts before production, not after. Incoming cells are capacity-sorted and voltage-tested, e-liquid batches receive nicotine-content and density checks, and each lot is logged against its production date so traceability runs from finished unit back to raw material.
Packaging is engineered for the journey to Algeria: five-layer master cartons kept under 18kg, molded inner trays, and stretch-wrapped pallets with corner protection for container loads. Thin cartons are a false economy the factory does not offer.
Retail presentation and display support
Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.
Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.
Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Algeria launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
Sample policy and product evaluation
Online sellers value the asset pack: clean product images, flavor descriptions and spec tables mean a new ovnf box mod listing can go live the day stock lands, instead of waiting on a photoshoot.
Payment terms for Algeria accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. UN38.3 certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most ovnf box mod lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label ovnf box mod is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 800-puff devices with 550mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 15ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
Do you ship to Portugal?
Yes — we ship to Ukraine on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 10 to 15 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
