OVNF Box Mod Price List in Sri Lanka: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 2,000 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Sri Lanka orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Timing orders around the production calendar

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for ovnf box mod programs.

Reorder forecasting is a shared exercise. Sri Lanka buyers who share a rough quarterly forecast get production slots reserved and freight consolidated, which shows up directly in the per-unit number.

• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims

• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone

Comparing quotations the professional way

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Stock rotation at the Sri Lanka warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Sri Lanka shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Retail presentation and display support

Staff education costs are minimal: the category is self-explanatory to adult buyers, and the flavor cards handle most questions. That operational simplicity is why convenience chains keep expanding shelf space for the category.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Sri Lanka order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.
